Focusing Highlights is a series of interactive, online pay-what-you-can classes.
Dreams are powerful teachers and messengers, and if we start loving them, honoring them, and interacting with them, we will live our lives more fully and in a more integrated way. They are our doorways to healing trauma and overcoming and changing engrained ways of reacting and living.
Let's explore this fascinating world together in an embodied way! This webinar will include a presentation about Experiential Dream Interpretation, a guided exercise, and time for questions and sharing. It will help you to work with your own dreams, other people's, or in a clinical setting with your clients.
Online (Class will also be recorded) - En línea (la clase también se grabará)

Given the pandemic, and a radically new way of relating to each other, we see the necessity of focusing on checking in with ourselves, as well as conceptualising what "The new Normality" means for each of us. Using TAE we invite people to a 3 day online workshop. The workshop will be conducted in Spanish.
New to Focusing? Join me for this demo where I will guide you on an exploration of implicit knowing, accessing inner wisdom through a ‘felt sense'.
Focusing is a natural ability to tap into a deep personal understanding about any given situation and determine next steps that would feel right. It is direct access in the present moment to how a whole situation “feels” in our body and life.
In Focusing terms, a 'felt sense' is the doorway to self-understanding. Let me show you how to find it!
We will begin with a centering exercise to ground ourselves and connect with the larger community. Next we will do a Focusing exercise to access a “source of strength”—letting a felt sense emerge from it. Through a user-friendly approach, we will find a way to express our felt sense into a creative expression—which might come as a color, shape, image, word, phrase, gesture or sound. We will also identify a small step to carry this inner strength into our daily life.

Using brief Gendlin quotes, this Roundtable will help us develop an explicit structural political consciousness. The goal of our hosts is to increase awareness of the political context in which we
live, and to make sure our Focusing work is truly expressing our values as well as our needs.
A three half-days workshop (Time is displayed in AEDT [Sydney, Australia] time zone) conducted in the English language. Experiential workshop on Gene Gendlin's 'Focusing Short Form', Akira's 'Crossing with Animals' and theoretical discussions on Akira's 'Experiential Model' of what is happening in Focusing & psychotherapy.
The connection between focusing and sexual therapy is a deep personal and professional exploration journey. S.H.I.F.T is a new connection born out of necessity: the sexual world's need for a delicate and nonjudgmental space, along with the need to sexuality in their personal life and in a focusing clinic.
