A Process Model (APM) can turn into an experience, a journey of changing perspectives and thinking-patterns. This course will offer a possible route into the complex text that allows to experientially understand what the concepts convey. In this workshop we will focus on chapter 8.

This is an weekly, online group course for couples, or singles, who wish to learn Wholebody Experiential Focusing (WEF) skills and use it to improve their energetic connection and empathic listening skills. This is an introduction to a 7-month Level 1 to 5 Focusing Skills Online Course
One hour Q & A meeting with Charlotte Howorth. Charlotte will take you through the contents and format of her one-year course leaving time for your questions.
This is a series of Saturday workshops, running once a month, with virtually open intake. Only the Introduction, "The Art of Focusing" (or equivalent) must be taken as a pre-req, the remaining modules are totally flexible. Students who complete 16 specific modules, along with additional practice and supervision criteria, may become certified as a Focusing Oriented Therapist. Program completion takes about 17 -20 months.

In this two-hour workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about and use felt sense body cards in your Focusing practice.
Felt sense body cards (body cards for short) are a way of capturing our Focusing experiences—whether a whole session, or we can use multiple body cards to capture sections of a session. This can be how the felt sense was at the beginning, and then how the felt sense was after the felt shift. Or we can capture different parts of our personality with a body card.
