This Therapists’ Circle will draw from Gene’s 1991 article, “On emotion in therapy.” We will distinguish emotions from feelings and the felt sense, and talk about how we work with them--navigating in and out of their terrain, with the goal of serving therapeutic change.

For 24 hours, beginning at 8am Eastern US time on Saturday, September 25, experienced Focusers will be on Zoom to offer you a taste of felt sensing and an opportunity to connect with one another!

This is a chance to experience Focusing with a variety of teachers who will lead you in an experience to guide you toward your felt sense. You don't need to know anything about Focusing or the felt sense in order to attend; this is for you if you want to be able to be more attuned to your body and what it is holding.

Each hour will be given in a different language with English translation!

Come to as many of the one-hour experiences as you like!
