There was too much content to fit in the Highlights Series! So, here's an eight-week course.
Drawing like Focusing is a set of individual skills or parts that, when combined, result in a global process that allows us to see the world in a new way. Join us to explore how drawing can facilitate fresh understanding, new ways of seeing your inner process.
No drawing skills required! People who claim "I'm-not-an-artist" and newly emerging drawers are welcome and encouraged.
While technology clearly enables many wonderful things (this Roundtable, for example), we may have never paused to reflect deeply on the nature of our relationship to the digital wilderness we now inhabit. In this Roundtable, we’ll address the issues presented by our digital world.

As life starts to expand again, it might seem like everything is getting easier. And, in some ways, that's true. Yet, there are also challenges (and stressors) you probably haven't had to face for a long time. One thing is for sure, we are in times of unprecedented change (at least in our lifetimes) and that's a hard place to be.
This is a 30-minute free webinar (with Ann Weiser Cornell) with warm, positive tips for emotional self-care in these challenging times.
My hope is that you’ll leave the webinar with a greater sense of resilience and some relief from the stressful feelings you might be having. And that you’ll know you are not alone.
The Focusing Basics Program designed and taught by Ruth Hirsch, an internationally recognized trainer with over 25 years experience teaching Focusing, this program is equivalent to Levels 1 and 2. The training includes 8 weekly class sessions, an introductory 1-1 Guided Focusing Session with the Trainer, a 136 page Manual, homework partnerships and email support between classes.
During these times when the world and our place in it might feel uncertain, Focusing offers you a straight-forward way to find inner peace and meaning through connecting more deeply with yourself and each other.
With ample personal attention in a small group setting (maximum 8 participants), you’ll gain a fundamental understanding of Focusing. You'll also acquire the skills and
This event is full and registration is closed. In this Roundtable we will connect with our own experiences of being at school, taking those exams and going home with the results. We invite you to explore how we can support children during these stressful times and explore different kinds of expressing and supporting.

An online, interactive workshop facilitated by Serge Prengel. This offering will be held in meeting format so that all participants can see the presenter and each other.
This experiential workshop is especially timely for people who live in an area where re-entry is starting at some point this year. For those in countries where re-entry is still a distant hope, this class might help you prepare for when that moment finally comes.
Attending live is encouraged as there will be the some exercises in breakout rooms, though all registrants will receive a link to the recording afterwards.

In this course you will learn:
How to find what inspires you and you want to express it, but have difficulties in finding the right words;
How to think and use language from your felt sensing;
How to write for yourself and how to write for the public;
How to use these tools at your work and in your therapy practice.

Drawing like Focusing is a set of individual skills or parts that, when combined, result in a global process that allows us to see the world in a new way. Discard notions of what an artist is and use drawings as an experience that can be tooled, like writing, to deepen your understanding of your experience.
Join us to cross and explore the relationship between the wholes and parts of these ways of seeing. We will learn how drawing can be a perceptual problem-solving tool and process record in your focusing practice.
All are welcome to attend. Some familiarity with Focusing will be helpful but is not required. People who say “I am not an artist, I can barely draw a stick figure” as well as working or professional artists are equally welcome.

Inner critics can be crushing, right? From paralyzing you with perfectionism to hurling shame-inducing words your way, they know how to hurt you.
It might surprise you to hear that inner critics actually have good intentions. They’re really just trying to save your life (I promise!). They mean well. But they’re afraid of what might happen if you ____. And the only way those voices know how to defend you leaves you feeling terrible.
Join me for Finding Freedom From Inner Critics and find a new way to relate to the negative, shaming voice in your head.
Join Marise Lariviere and Lynn Pollock, Certified Focusing Trainers: Specialization in FOAT®, for an introductory workshop combining FOAT® and SoulCollage® - two creative and insightful approaches to inner exploration. This workshop is open to all levels!
It feels like an apt moment to invite you to our next Pause for Presence gathering on Saturday June 5th. We are moving towards the Summer Solstice and if we let Nature be just as it is, the new life of Spring will naturally mature into the fullness and bounty of the earth.
