What is needed for us to hold the uncertainty of our future? We hope this conference will encourage an exploration of this urgency, how we hold the uncertainty and find ways of moving forward. For therapists, coaches, body workers, and anyone who wants to bring focusing more seamlessly into their conversations and who want to learn how to work with their felt sense of the client/focuser and of the relationship. This course is for those who are already certified, or who have trained in the fundamentals of focusing.
Gene was a psychotherapist and most of his focusing work was within the faster more improvisational style of therapeutic conversations.

You are invited to continue learning and unpacking the depths of the Inner Relationship Focusing process. This live virtual nine-week course, gives you the necessary time and space to integrate and apply your skills and knowledge gained in Foundations Training Part 1 (Levels 1 & 2).
This module of our “Therapeutic Us” seminar will broaden our concept of the “US.”
We have explored how each person has many “parts” and yet is a unique whole, as each dyad is a unique system. Now we will enter the realm of larger systems and discuss theworkings of groups and communities. We each are a kind of group, live in groups and are formed by groups. Yet, there has not been much attention to Focusing-oriented approaches to group facilitation.
As the year winds down, we invite you to join us in tuning inward, away from distractions, and re-engage with your inner self more profoundly. We will explore clearing a space, background feelings, and how we might bring this awareness into the new year and beyond.
Open to all healing professionals and anyone who wishes to deepen their understanding and application of Clearing a Space.

This workshop is an opportunity to trace and behold the various facets of your life this season, to make meaningful connections among these islands, sense into underwater currents and weather, and widen the capacity to welcome an emerging process. These metaphors allow us to sense into affects and background feelings in our environment, connecting us to our inner life and to one another.
In this form of visual focusing, you will be gently guided to use the page as the ground for your felt process-- to intuitively name and place these islands, using images, colors, words, and movement.
