Focusing Highlights is a series of interactive, online pay-what-you-can classes. Bio-Spirituality is the name of a Focusing approach developed in a Christian tradition. Its founders, Peter Campbell and Ed McMahon, both Catholic Jesuits and Psychotherapists, describe Bodily knowing and learning in this way: `Values, basic human goodness, and a positive sense of self are all learned in the body! It doesn’t grow in us because we follow an external list of do’s and don’ts. It is not discovered through religious or ethical interpretations. Rather, it is given to us through our body’s ability to be aware of its connections and in the knowing of being part of a Greater Whole. Bio-Spiritual Focusing is the bridge that connects you with a Sacred Place greater than yourself.’
An online entry level Focusing class. This class is for those who recognize that Focusing skills are valuable and they are open to trying the benefits of a partnership practice. Focusing, like any other skill we might choose to learn, is not an instant knowing. Gradually, over time, you become more skilled. This unfolding actually never stops, so you are embarking on a forever journey of healing self and being a healing Presence to the world around you.

This is an advanced course for people with some knowledge of WBF who want to be able to powerfully clarify their intentions in Life, to manifest their dream and also to be able to realistically look at what is perhaps getting in the way and preventing that.
When something in your life has become so stuck that you can't think or act your way out of it, that's what we call a Tangle. And in the very places where your life feels most Tangled, there the treasure of your unlived life is waiting to be released. Untangling is a process based on Inner Relationship Focusing that can help you be present with your tangled life issues in such a way that they can begin to untangle and you can live into your own new possibilities. In this five-week course on Zoom, you'll learn how to:
• Cultivate your resources of calm inner strength and self-compassion, so you don’t feel stuck even if Parts of you do.
• Separate out the different strands and threads in your Tangle so you can begin to feel more ease amid the struggle.
Is there something that you’d like to do or write about but you just don’t know how or where to begin?
Maybe you want to discover in a new direction in life that follows from of all you have lived.
Do you long to contribute to the world from the richness of your experience?
With Thinking at the Edge, your ideas and projects will finally get the time and space they need to grow. You will learn how to ground your thinking in your own lived experience, bringing life to your ideas in a way that can’t be reached by intellect alone. Your project will become imbued with heart-felt breadth, depth, and commitment.

This free online conversation is Part of the Focusing Roundtable series for TIFI members. Class size is limited. PLEASE NOTE: if you attended the first date of this Roundtable held on August 28, please do not register in order to give others a chance. In this Roundtable, we will explore “the space between”. As Focusers, we know and love this space. It is the space of the pause... the space where we can sense both the relational implicit and the unfolding of our inner process... the space which allows for a transformative process to occur.
