Treasure Maps is a 6-day residential retreat, an intensive workshop for people with Focusing experience who want to apply our Untangling® method to life’s most hard-to-change issues.

Our monthly Sydney Zoom Changes provides an opportunity to meet and pair up with other Focusers for Focusing sessions of shared 60 minute duration, as well as group sharing and discussion time. cost is free, all are welcome.

Bruce Gibbs was a good and loving man, wanting to help people wake up to more of life, and we miss him.
We want to share with the larger community of Focusing an experiential sense of what it was like to be with him. So, in this living memorial, we want to honor him by practicing the kind of connection and interaction we enjoyed together.
Smartview Conversations is a monthly online gathering to explore application of our Focusing skills to daily life and interactions. Our skill emphasis for 2024 is the Power of AND, how we hold our own space in relationship to others and how we hold space within us for both our right and left hemisphere's perspectives.
We will model how to create a safe, playful environment that facilitates neural plasticity. These webinars are FREE to attend. Both experienced Focusers and people new to Focusing are welcome.
We meet on the 3rd or 4th Tuesday, twice in the same day for different time zones. The times are 11:30am - 12:30pm ET New York time and 7:30 - 8:30pm ET New York time.
This training program is supported by 6 European universities. It explores how theories of embodiment imply a leap into experiential and more embodied methods of research, teaching and learning. The course offers 12 webinars, and a summer school which will take place in Iceland this year. Gendlin's philosophy and practices are part of the theoretical and methodological cornerstones of this international program. Students can participate for free.

The Path of the Sensing Being Retreat will be combining the process of Focusing and Contemplative Presence Practice in nature. This retreat invites a sense of living from an embodied sense of Presence. Coming back to remembering our true most natural and simple nature in community.

This workshop is both an invitation and an opportunity for Focusers to explore anew your experience and understanding of Focusing
Dominican Retreat Centre, Tallaght, Dublin, Ireland
This is a series of Saturday workshops, running once a month, with virtually open intake. Only the Introduction, "The Art of Focusing" (or equivalent) must be taken as a pre-req, the remaining modules are totally flexible. Students who complete 16 specific modules, along with additional practice and supervision criteria, may become certified as a Focusing Oriented Therapist. Program completion takes about 17 -20 months.
This Roundtable will invite an interactive exploration of how we might live in a Focusing way within the “real world” of everyday life, especially in those circumstances where Focusing is not already an explicitly shared cultural value and/or practice.
