As well as focusing, the program will also draw on Circling, the NARM framework (Neuro Affective Relational Model) and polyvagal toning. Smartview Conversations is a monthly online gathering to explore application of our Focusing skills to daily life and interactions. Our skill emphasis for 2024 is the Power of AND, how we hold our own space in relationship to others and how we hold space within us for both our right and left hemisphere's perspectives.
We will model how to create a safe, playful environment that facilitates neural plasticity. These webinars are FREE to attend. Both experienced Focusers and people new to Focusing are welcome.
We meet on the 3rd or 4th Tuesday, twice in the same day for different time zones. The times are 11:30am - 12:30pm ET New York time and 7:30 - 8:30pm ET New York time.

Are you ready to take your Inner Relationship Focusing skills to the next level?
Gain skill in guiding IRF sessions in a supportive environment, with classes, videos, live demonstrations and partnerships practices.
This IRF Part 3/4 (called PART 2 in this course) begins on September 19th. This course is particularly geared toward those in the helping and healing professions, providing space for questions and a Q and A for Practioners in the last class dedicated to integrating this work into your practice.
This series is designed to encourage us to live Gendlin's concept of "crossing" in a supportive community setting. This community is for those who often find themselves in situations of facilitating change for others, individuals and groups. It’s a great option for those who are looking for a community-based path toward certification, for those who do not need certification, and also works well if you are already certified.
This Learning Community is a year-long program meeting twenty times every other week for 1.5 hours. This course/community is a lovely supportive space to continue learning with other advanced Focusers or to pursue certification at your own pace as a Focusing Professional or Trainer with TIFI.
You may be familiar with a habitual background atmosphere of restlessness, anxiousness, agitation, or something like that.
