May 1, 2025 marks 8 years since we lost Gene. He would have been 99 years old this year. In 2026, we will mark what would have been his 100th year with an International Focusing Conference in the city of his birth, Vienna. We also note other ways in which we continue to honor his legacy and carry forward his work.

We are happy to congratulate 1 new Coordinator, 28 new Certified Focusing Professionals (including Trainers and Focusing-Oriented Therapists), and 11 new Proficiency in Focusing Partnership (PFP) recipients.
