In this 90-minute workshop, we explore the shared space of Polyvagal Mindfulness as an experience that is co-created. This is not a presentation about applying Polyvagal Theory to group process. It is a mindful shared exploration of tracking our own nervous systems in the group space with particular attention to our bodily-felt experience, in addition to how our awareness of our presence, intention, and delight deepen and shape the group experience.

We are working individually, not partnering with others in the class.
