Smartview Conversations is a place where we intentionally practice support for ourselves and each other in living a Focusing way of life, even when our environment is challenging. We will use individual and small group invitations, role play and embodiment exercises to improve our ability to access and act from felt sense awareness in more of our daily interactional life moments. We will improve communication with our own bodies and brains to understand how to support our own sense of thriving in today’s world. We will explore Resonance and Interactive Focusing concepts to bring them into our daily interactions. Our online community is modeled off of the intentional Focusing community created in Smartview Stories. We will cross concepts from the stories with our real life situations. We

Treasure Maps is a 6-day residential retreat, an intensive workshop for people with Focusing experience who want to apply our Untangling® method to life’s most hard-to-change issues.
We’ve been teaching Treasure Maps in 15 countries over the past 25 years, helping thousands of people learn our method, getting responses like this one from Paul Fitzgerald: "The Treasure Maps experience was like a dissolving of an old way of seeing life and having new eyes to engage life with more freedom. I'd highly encourage anyone interested in deepening their Focusing to take this course."

Creating Space for Community is a bi-monthly gathering to explore concepts around inner/outer community building, belonging and thriving. Our May theme is Belonging. We will explore how much easier it is to find a sense of Belonging within a community or situation when we include the awareness of our right hemisphere or body view.
For our presenter, Barbara Dickinson, Interactive Focusing (IF) is the “way in” to learn and teach compassion and empathy in a practical, safe, structured, and effective environment and methodology.
In this Highlight, you will have an opportunity to learn about, or refresh your understanding of, the history of “Interactive Focusing” (IF), as developed by Drs. Janet Klein and Mary McGuire. Barbara will demonstrate, explain, and provide experiential exercises that will give newcomers to this practice enough to decide if you want more. You will observe a full (short) session of IF, including “Focuser as Storyteller”, “Double Empathic Moment”, and “Relationship Check”, and participate if you like in the exercise of forming an empathic essence (“Double Empathic Moment”).
Online (Class will also be recorded)
