Amona Buechler is a Certified Focusing Trainer & Coordinator in Training. Since 1998, she has been offering courses, retreats, and sessions on- and offline. 30 years ago, Amona’s inner journey began with her Feldenkrais practice, soon to be complemented by a daily meditation practice. Amona discovered Focusing in 2013 and has been practicing it passionately ever since. She offers Basic Focusing Skills Courses, Training for Focusing Professionals, and crosses Focusing with other approaches. Amona has facilitated Focusing on the American Continent, Europe (English & German), and Asia (translated into Mandarin).
