CALL FOR PROPOSALS
We are delighted to extend an invitation to submit a proposal to offer a one-hour presentation at the upcoming ONLINE conference:
Less Is More – Children & Focusing Conference.
The dates are November 15 - 16 - 17, 2024.
Focusing comes to children naturally. Sometimes the most special moments are also the simplest.
Join us in sharing moments and practices that show, oftentimes Less Is More.
We would like to receive your ideas and proposals no later than September 7, 2024.
We welcome proposals for one-hour presentations, that are either lecture-oriented or more experiential, or which combine the two.
In developing your proposal, please keep it in mind that we will not be utilizing breakout rooms during this conference.
Please also keep in mind, that we intend to provide simultaneous Spanish translation of your presentation in a separate audio channel. (We hope that every presentation will have translation but it is dependent on availability.) Presenters will not hear the translator. However, we will ask presenters to be mindful that translation is occurring and to pace yourself accordingly.
What we need if you are interested:
1. A title and 100-word statement describing the presentation.
2. Two or three points stating what people will be learning in your presentation ("the takeaways").
3. Two sentence bio and photo.
We have a limited number of spaces available. Please understand that we might not be able to accommodate all proposals.
For all accepted presenters, further guidelines and consultations will be provided.
Presenters whose proposals are selected will receive a 25% registration discount off of whatever registration price is chosen.
