I have been practising Focusing since 2004 and have found it of great personal benefit. As long as I can remember I have been interested in philosophy, psychology and spirituality. Many insights have come along the way but few things changed in me. Focusing was the first tool I came across that fostered real inner change. Focusing gave me the tools to feel safe with my emotions and deeper feelings. This in itself brings so much freedom and inner peace. Focusing can also be a starting point for putting into practice the spiritual insights from people such as Eckhart Tolle and Anthony de Mello. We are very fortunate to live in a time when the insights and tools for change are available to whoever is interested.
