I use a trauma-informed approach to coaching that is based on the belief that you are a whole, creative, and resourceful human being. You are the expert on your life and my approach respects that and helps create the conditions for us to co-create healing and the futher development of your access to your own Whole-Self qualities. What unfolds from that is a life that includes more confidence, ease, and richness of experience with less pressure, stress, and negative self-talk.
