Focusing opens up my eyes and brings me into a different pathway in my life. One time, I was under stress and tried various ways to help myself out although I am a counselor. I decided to study Focusing again. Coincidentally, I was diagnosed with cancer by mistake. It was six weeks in between two doctors telling me that I got “Cancer” and the medical reports saying “No, it is not!”. During that time, I practiced Focusing every two times per week. My family asked why I could be that calm. I guessed because of “Focusing” sessions which helped me a lot to reduce stress during those six weeks. When I applied Focusing to my clients, unexpected outcomes kept happening. Other than touching, moving, or electrifying, I could not list enough what I got from Focusing. Moreover, Focusing resumed my stuckness and is carrying me forward.
