Tine Swyngedouw is a clinical psychologist and client-centered and experiential psychotherapist. In her private practice in Louvain she has been doing individual therapy with adolescents and adults for more than 30 years. She specialized in working with trauma, depression, loss, grief and bereavement, stress and burnout, chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic pain and cancer.
She is a Focusing Trainer (Chicago, 1995) and Focusing-Oriented Therapist and Certifying Coordinator for Focusing with children and adults from Belgium. She offers Focusing workshops and training to become a Focusing Trainer and/or Focusing-Oriented Therapist. She has a special interest in Inner Relationship Focusing, Interactive Focusing, Existential Well-being, Experiential Creative Work and TAE/Thinking At the Edge.
She is author of the book ‘Focusing. Leven in verbinding met je innerlijk kompas’ published by Lannoo in 2022.
