Esther is a somatic therapist, and former dance pedagogue. She was introduced to Focusing in 2004 and developed into a passionate Focusing trainer and teacher of Focusing Bodywork at an academy for holistic massage therapy.
She developed a program in mental health care in which she combined Focusing with movement, aiming to shift the focus of her program from limitations to inner resources.
This year, she became the chairperson of the Focusing Foundation Netherlands.
