This advanced Felt Sensing and Listening course explores and deepens listening through several different strands, for example of a "we", the saying "yes" to experiencing in ourselves and others, and through exploring the distinction between contact with the "bodily place" and "finding the right word".
From the Focusing Partnerhsip as a platform, quotes pertaining to how we are interaffected by each other from Gendlin's philosophy, "I and Thou" from Martin Buber's writings, and being a person with another person from John MacMurray's philosophy will be presented and mutually explored in the group and through partnership exercises.
This course is for you, if you:
- want to deepen your listening in a Focusing partnership,
- are interested in the relational side of Focusing partnership,
- want to deepen your listening as a helping professional,
- have been looking for ways to bring Focusing more into your everyday life,
- want to deepen your listening to yourself and to the life in you, and in your relationships
