I am a Nature Guided Focusing Oriented Therapist and Sandplay Therapy Intern.  

I specialize in working with embodied and experiential forms of counselling with individuals of all ages who are navigating belonging, grief, loss, and major life transition due to death, disability, illness, injury, gender identity, oppression, social injustice, and sexuality.  

I have specialized training in Ecotherapy, Embodied Dreamwork, Equine Facilitated Counselling, Expressive Play Therapy, Focusing Oriented Therapy, Gender Affirming Care, and Sandplay Therapy.

I emphasize a counselling philosophy and approach that strengthens your ability to access to your own inner wisdom, voice, and guidance - both within and beyond the counselling relationship.
