Find a Focusing Professional - JILL KOEHLER

Biography

Maybe you are visiting my profile because you are feeling stuck in some way. Maybe you can’t stop your mind from spinning or you’re feeling strong emotions and you don’t know why or you are noticing patterns in your life and you don’t know what to do about them. These stuck places can understandably leave people feeling helpless and confused. Hello, my name is Jill Koehler and I am a psychotherapist working with people location-independently by Zoom and in Squamish BC. I work with people to help move these stuck places forward. I believe that within each of us is all the wisdom we need to move forward, but past and present experiences can get in the way of connecting with our own self-knowledge. With this disconnect we generally feel stuck and confused. Through various different processes I work with people to increase awareness of their thoughts, feelings, body sensations and response patterns towards both themselves and others. In my experience, as people become more able to non-judgmentally identify and name these experiences things naturally start to shift and move forward in a fresh way. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to email or call. If you are just exploring at the moment, feel free to visit my website and check out my blog section where I have lots of articles and videos. In the meantime, I’m glad you stopped by. Take care!
