Find a Focusing Professional - Luisa Toriggia

I work in Italy & Slovenia as a Coordinator. I run workshops, training, and do bespoke work with individuals using Focusing for practical problem-solving. I foster local groups that enable Focusers to meet outside formal teaching to continue to apply and hone their Focusing. In training, I prioritise the explicit integration of Focusing into day-to-day living. I have educational foundations in the performing arts and professional training as a communicator and mediator. I learnt Focusing via the mentoring of both Germana Ponte and Josiah Hincks. Their approaches, totally different, yet eerily the same, catalysed for her the importance of helping every person adapt Focusing into their own unique approach, matched to them & their life. “Focusing for me is more down to earth than any idea. It’s bigger than we can know, yet it’s real and it’s here, now, every minute. Every time I work with someone, I try to ‘sniff out’ in them what will let them be more of what they are already and encourage it. My passion is to do that and then get out of the way.”
