I am a Certified Focusing Professional and Trainer, trained by Ann Weiser Cornell and Barbara McGavin in Inner Relationship Focusing.
I was drawn to the study of Focusing through my own deep suffering. I had been in an electric wheelchair for many years due to illness, and severely affected in many ways, and I was finding my life almost unbearable. I worked hard to heal myself, and tried many different modalities. Focusing was what finally helped me relate differently to my symptoms in a way that has been life changing.
I offer 1-2-1 guided sessions, and am particularly interested in helping those with chronic pain, ME/CFS, PTSD, anxiety, insomnia, perfectionism, fatigue, migraines, inner critic issues, and speaking anxiety. I really love the special kind of magic that occurs when people Focus together, and I’m really interested in accompanying people as their process unfolds. It always feels fresh, nourishing and alive to me, like nothing else I know.
