Held near Polperro, South Cornwall

Some familiarity with Focusing partnerships is essential.

Begins 5pm Wednesday 6th September and ends 2pm Sunday 10 September 2023

What the retreat will involve:

Time alone in nature
Focusing partnerships
Group discussion and exploration around the fire
Activities, games and walks immersing ourselves in nature
Being in community
