Meeting Format
Zoom

The Sydney Focusing Changes Group meets monthly on the first Saturday of each month, and alternates between in-person meetings and Zoom meetings.

The September meeting will be on Zoom, from 9:00am to 11:00am (Sydney, Australia time)

Whether online or in person, we follow a typical Changes Group format - forming the circle with an attunement and an invitation for anyone to say whatever they would like to say; Focusing in pairs or triads; and coming back to the circle for a time of closin

Please reply to BOTH Sue Burrell and Merilyn Mayhew to let us know if you'd like to come, so we can send you the Zoom link on Friday. It's important to reply to both of us, especially if you're running late, because while one leads the meeting, the other checks emails and attends to technical issues.
