…along with a variety of other Focusing-oriented activities that participants will share with each other such as yoga, dance, spontaneous music-making, poetry writing, and your own creative contributions!
Pre-retreat Soft Landing, Thursday April 30
Exploring Wholebody Focusing: A welcoming introduction for some, a deepening for others with Patricia Manessy.
This optional program is for those who are new to Wholebody Focusing or who want to renew and deepen their Wholebody Focusing practice. It will consist of an all-day program, with morning and afternoon sessions . Participants can arrive Wednesday afternoon through Thursday 9am. This program begins at 9:30am.
