This comprehensive journey begins with Part 1, where you'll build a strong foundation in Focusing. You'll learn to connect with your body’s Felt-Sense, navigate emotions with greater simplicity, and develop an inner Presence that fosters balance, resilience, and personal growth.
By the end of Part 1, you’ll feel confident applying Focusing techniques in your daily life, creating meaningful change and a deeper connection with yourself and others. For those ready to go further, Part 2 continues this exploration, expanding your understanding and deepening your practice.
Whether you’re seeking personal growth or looking to integrate Focusing into your professional work as a healing practitioner, this course offers practical tools to enhance your ability to support others and yourself. Upon completing both parts, you’ll be eligible for advanced courses or the certification program.
