Gendlin said a dream is alive, and that finding and embodying the life force found in every dream is the main purpose of dreamwork.
Dreamwork expert Leslie Ellis will begin the class with an overview of focusing-oriented dreamwork. She will then guide participants through an experiential practice in how to locate and embody the life force contained in their dreams. She will follow up with some clinical examples of this practice, including ideas about how to work with nightmares and other dreams where no help seems to be available. There will also be time for questions and discussion, as well as a dreamwork demonstration.
This Highlight is open for anyone regardless of level of training and experience but will be of particular interest to those in clinical practice. Some familiarity with Focusing may be helpful but is not required.
The video link will be to an easy to use website called Zoom. In this webinar format, you will see the teachers and host, but you will not be seen. You will be able to ask questions during the webinar by typing them.

All registered participants will be sent a link to the video recording approximately two weeks following the course.
