An Online Class Facilitated by Nada Lou
Part of The Focusing Highlights Series
You know more than you think! The Think Different class is designed to help you tap into your bodily knowing about something important to you but which you do not yet have the words to express. This class will introduce you to Thinking at the Edge (TAE) practice, and guide you experientially, step-by-step, to move your preverbal idea into language which reflects exactly what you know, but have been unable to satisfyingly say. The skills from this workshop can be used in many different areas of life: personal development, business meetings, creative writing, family interaction, public speaking, negotiation skills, mediation, and a myriad of other ways.
