Living the Dream…

Saturday October 22, 2016
An Online Class Facilitated by Leslie Ellis

Part of the Focusing Highlights International Series

According to Gendlin, "A dream is alive." Discover what he means by this evocative statement, and how dreams can help you and your clients use dreams to find a life-forward path that may be surprising. Dreams offer creative, and sometimes highly alternative points of view that can move us out of our everyday way of seeing things. They can help us move forward from places of trauma and stagnation, and bring with them a felt sense of awe and wonder.

Join Dr. Leslie Ellis for a brief sojourn into the world of dreaming. In this two-hour presentation, Leslie will cover the basics of focusing-oriented dreamwork (FOD), present her research into treating PTSD nightmares using FOD, provide clinical examples and answer your questions about how to work with dreams in an embodied way. This class is open to all.
