Saturday, November 25, 2017
An Online Class Facilitated by Peter Ryan

Part of The Focusing Highlights Series

How can Focusing support young people to healthily engage in work, chores, relationships, and school?

In this two hour class, the skills one develops through Focusing are applied to meditation, martial arts, yoga, and academics with a special emphasis on teaching adolescents in a school setting. Peter brings diagrams and shares examples of how to apply a simple, Focusing-informed approach to everyday life. It will help in your work with young people, whether in family, school, or private practice.
