An Online Class Facilitated by Lynn Preston
Part of the Focusing Highlights International Series
One of Gendlin's most important contributions is the shedding of new light on the process of creative thinking. Focusing, (bringing our open attention to what is just freshly coming into awareness), not only brings us into creative contact with our personal life issues, but also opens us up to new ways of experiencing the life-giving world of ideas, concepts and projects. Creative thinking flows from the fountain of the felt sense, facilitating an exhilarating relationship with our own unique passions, concerns, values and questions.
This class is an opportunity to allow the ideas that have inspired our lives to further speak their truths, and for ideas that have not yet fully emerged to be birthed by us and carried forward. Focusing on ideas is an experiential process that enables us to more fully experience the deep satisfaction of carrying our own unique thinking forward. This class is open to people who are familiar with as well as new to Focusing.
