One of the biggest gifts that you can give to a child is the art of listening.
Through stories, drawings and experiential exercises, Laura will guide you to listen to your inner child and to the children around you.
She will give practical examples on how to introduce Focusing to the children in your family or in your classroom. For example, how might you integrate Focusing into the everyday life of children? How might play and stories help the inner tales to unfold?
Bio:
Laura Bavalics iis an early childhood educator, play mentor and drama teacher.
She is a Certified Focusing Trainer and a Focusing-oriented educator , who has been working with young children, parents and professionals for over twenty years.
At the present time she is developing an inclusive kindergarten program for children in foster care and with special needs at the Folk Tale Foundation in Hungary . She is also teaching at ELTE University, Hungary, in their College of Education.
