Join me on this six week course exploring the wild landscapes of grief. When we pause and pay attention to the body, and ask what wants attention, one of the most enduring themes that comes is unacknowledged grief. For many of us, we simply don’t know what to do with it when it comes. We may fear it or hide it. But like water though, our grief needs to flow and to be welcomed. What lies at the heart of this course is the sacred and essential act of welcoming the truth of our losses - be that personal or collective.
We will explore this rich topic through Discussion, Focusing exercises, paired practice, solo reflection and writing.
To join you must know the basics of Focusing and listening. This could be through courses or one to one work. If you want to come on the course but are new to Focusing, please let me know and I can put you in touch with some trainees who can teach you the basics.
