Why Focusing?

We all know that practices like yoga, meditation, and relaxation help maintain mental well-being. But Focusing takes it a step further—it teaches you how to actively engage with your inner sensations, transforming workplace stress and pleasure into clarity and direction.

Through hands-on exercises, you’ll work with real-life professional situations, exploring both frustrations and joys. Instead of ignoring or pushing through discomfort, you’ll discover how to turn these experiences into valuable insights that support your professional growth.

What You’ll Gain:

You’ll practice in pairs, applying the Focusing code of conduct to create a safe and enriching learning experience. Plus, upon completing the program, you’ll receive a Level 1 Focusing Certificate — opening the door to further practice and global Focusing communities.

About Your Trainer

Mathias Dekeyser is a Belgian psychologist, Focusing Trainer, and Focusing-Oriented Psychotherapist with a penchant for the emancipatory forces of Inner Relationship Focusing. He enjoys introducing as many people as possible to the liberating power of Focusing and the supportive drive of Focusing communities worldwide.
