Where & When
When may you look for nervous system regulation?
You may be familiar with a habitual background atmosphere of restlessness, anxiousness, agitation, or something like that.
At times when this happens, you may know that this inner activation is counter-productive and somehow out of place, but how to find your way to a more relaxed, easy-going state of being?
After accidents, certain neurological illnesses, or difficult emotional incidents, the autonomic nervous system can get stuck in repetitive patterns and overreact to specific cues. This affects our health, well-being, our sense of safety and connection, and creative potential.
We can invite our autonomic nervous system and brain to gradually build new pathways and thus modify our physical, emotional, and mental responses to life’s happenings.
How does this course support you in this process?
You will experience and learn a variety of tools for regulating your nervous system. With this variety, you can find the ones that work best for you. Focusing exchanges will help you to hold and welcome your experiences and find your own unique way of incorporating neuro-regulating practices into your everyday life. Theoretical discourses will put everything in a larger context.
