Where & When
Learning TAE gives you new tools to help you meet yourself more deeply. In this workshop, you will learn the TAE steps more easily using the 'TAE Form' created by your teacher. You will find that it guides your TAE process naturally as you write your words into it. You will also see the relationship between the TAE steps and Gendlin's philosophy.

Course A (in English)(The course will start when we have received four applications.)
The workshop is a 2 hour course held twice a month for 20 sessions. The time is 10pm - 12pm. (Japan Standard Time). Early morning in the USA, daytime in Europe and evening in Asia. Please check your time zone. (40 hours total).
The course will start as soon as a group of four participants enroll. The schedule will be determined by the participants. We will use ZOOM.
In principle, we will alternate two-hour sessions, one hour of instruction and one hour of practice, and two-hour sessions of presentations and sharing by the participants. This may change. The last session will be a presentation. All sessions will be recorded and available for viewing for a limited time.
You will learn the 14 steps of TAE and Gendlin's philosophy on which TAE is based. By the end of this course, you will be able to apply the TAE steps to your own issues and achieve fruitful results.
・ You will learn how to practice TAE using the "TAE Form", a writing form developed by the instructor of this workshop. You will be able to get the latest "TAE Form". The "TAE Form" can be used by self or in partnership.

・ It is up to the participant to decide whether or not to use the "TAE Form." In this course, it is acceptable to practice TAE without using the "TAE Form."
Course B (in Japanese)
This is a 4-hour course held once a month for 10 weeks. The second Sunday of the month, 1:00pm. - 5:00pm (Japan Standard Time). We will use ZOOM.
We take in new members in May and October. Old and new members will study together.
In principle, the class consists of 4 hours of teaching (1 hour of lecture and 1 hour of practice) and 2 hours of presentations and sharing by the participants. There will also be a presentation of the results. This may change.(40 hours total)
Otherwise it is the same as the English course. Please see the English course.
