This program trains therapists to help clients discover their way forward through an embodied experiential process that flows naturally. It relies heavily on experiential practice to develop clinical skills such as deep listening, felt-sensing, moment-by-moment attention to process, self-regulation and co-regulation.

It is a creative environment in which trainees grow by integrating their professional and personal experiences into their own unique style. Class size is limited to a maximum of 20 trainees to ensure the active participation of all in this highly experiential program.

The training takes two years: 10 Saturdays per year (every month, except August and December). It is online.

To make the most of the online time without adding to internet fatigue, courses are pre-recorded. Online time is only for experiential learning.

Trainees will also have regular practice sessions in dyads in-between monthly trainings.

Each training session takes place on a Saturday at a time that makes it possible for people from different time zones to participate (11 AM to 6 PM New York time). These 7 hours include 6 hours of experiential class time and 3 breaks totaling one hour.

Training starts this September. After that, it takes place on the third Saturday of each month (except August and December).

There are still 4 spots available. See https://integrativefocusing.com
