Format:


- Initial 50 min one-on-one focusing session with Charlotte. 


- Nine 4-hour class each month on Sundays which include practice sessions with a coach.  Charlotte Howorth will teach most of these classes.  Two classes will be taught by guest teachers Lynn Preston and Isabel Adon.


- Eight 2.5-hour meetings each month with 2 or 3 other students and a coach to practice what you have learnt in class in the faster pace of a conversation.


- Weekly or bi-weekly focusing partnership with a student from class.


- Five to six 4 hour practice classes towards end of course.


- Three one hour optional integration meetings on Sundays where students can ask questions and discuss cases or their own focusing practice.

- One 50 min one-on-one session with Charlotte to go over a videos of a focusing session with a client or focusing partner.


- Homework each month made up of readings, video demos and audios.

- An extensive video library of over 20 sessions with color coded transcripts is available to students to use as a resource.
 

- Becoming certified as a Focusing Oriented Therapist or Focusing Professional (if not certified already).

- Optional extra component to become a certified Focusing Teacher.
