Meeting Format

We will begin by pre-sensing a state of Wise Self. Bringing alignment to the body, we will move through a series of postures for stretching and strengthening. ​Yoga lets us massage stiff places, make more space in our spine and joints, and bring flexibility to our attitudes.  We will draw inspiration from nature and from being together.

Please note: I aim to accommodate people's physical needs and to offer modifications. I will also ask you to sign a standard liability waiver prior to the class.

Registration Information and Price

Once I receive your email, I will schedule a brief phone or Zoom conversation (5-10 minutes) to answer questions, let you know what to expect, and sense if this class is right for you. I will then provide payment details and ask you to sign a standard liability waiver prior to participating in the class.

$10 payable via Zelle, Venmo, or Stripe (for international payment).
