Are you new to Focusing or want to refresh the process, or learn with a new teacher?
This small group course (max 8 people) gives you the first few steps into sensing the "more" of what you know, to get in touch with your inner voice, to get a feel for all that is there that does not yet have words or descriptions, but that is the source of next new steps forward in your life.
Felt Sensing (Focusing) will be introduced, and you get to try the process out in reciprocal partnership.

Our human life is a co-created work of art, where the process of creation is enabled as we turn towards a different kind of order; towards an infinite order. TAE steps can support us in carrying forward this extraordinary creation.
In the first phase of the course we will concentrate on explicating the ‘knowing of our lives’. We will continue from there to explore how this inner knowing can manifest and direct us in our field of expertise or developing creative project.
Doorways to the Soul 1 is an introduction of Levels 1 and 2 of Inner Relationship Focusing where the emphasis is on becoming an empowered Focuser and Relaxed Companion.
The hope is that by the end of the course, you’ll be more resourced to care for your own soul and live more fully alive and @E.A.S.E. into your Embodied Authentic Self Essence.
You’ll also learn how to hold space for others to go within and deepen in their sense of True Self.

Living forward is an experience of vital energy that is present in the human body, in nature, in the universe.
In this workshop Mia won’t present big theories, nor will she explain specific knowledge. Each session will start with an introduction to frame the theme and a little bit of sharing from the richness she discovered through various resources. From lived experience she developed some ‘exercises’ or ‘invitations’ everyone can use to explore their own path, trust their own wisdom, discover their own truth and connect to their own mysteries. You might be very familiar with a habitual background atmosphere of restlessness, anxiousness, agitation, or something like that.
At times when this happens, you might know that this inner activation is counter-productive and out of place somehow, but how to find your way to a more relaxed, easy-going state of being?
After accidents, certain neurological illnesses, or challenging emotional incidences, the autonomic nervous system can get stuck in repetitive patterns that challenge our health, well-being, sense of safety and connection, and our creative potential.
We can reprogram our autonomic nervous system and brain, and with that our physical and emotional responses to life’s happenings.
Originally scheduled for November 14, now December Have you ever wondered where Focusing ends and meditation begins (or vice versa)? Do you struggle to meditate consistently? Is your meditation difficult to enjoy – or not quite as delicious as you wish? As a long-term meditator and Focuser (and teacher of both), Elizabeth is fascinated by the processes which take us on our inner journeys. Her approach is flexible and inclusive, in a nutshell, uncovering ways to “meditate as you can, not as you can’t”.

When you are in contact with your body, with your inner sense of something, letting your expressions arise from there, you are accessing insights that are much deeper and vaster than the emotional or mental dimensions alone can offer.
With this foundation, the way in which your life unfolds is experienced as deeply meaningful; sometimes it’s easy, sometimes it’s difficult, but there is always an undercurrent sense of rightness, of following a natural flow.
