This is a once-a-month, 6-session Reading Group on Gendlin's "Small Steps..." article. It will be led by Beatrice Blake, assisted by a number of students who are taking her "listening for Life" program.
Format (please read carefully)
Participants are asked to read the "homework" in advance. The reading is done in advance and not together in the group. Beatrice's plan is that the group will spend about 35 minutes talking about the article, 30 minutes in breakout room dyads (15 miutes for each person to share), then 20-30 minutes sharing in the large group, for a total of 90 minutes.
Live attendance is required.
No recording.
Participants will need to register freshly each month.
New participants are welcome each month.
No pre-requisites though some familiarity with Focusing is helpful.

Beatrice Blake became a Certified Focusing Trainer in 2000 with Robert Lee, Joan Klagsbrun and Neil Friedman. She went on to study Thinking at the Edge and the Philosophy of the Implicit with Eugene Gendlin in 2004. Kye Nelson, Nada Lou and Evelyn Fendler Lee also contributed to her TAE training. She became a Certifying Coordinator with The International Focusing Institute in 2011.
Registration Information and Price
Zoom: This conversation will take place on an online video conference service called Zoom. Please attend by computer so that we can have your video presence as well as your audio. Calling in by phone is also possible but not preferred.
Price: The co-hosts are volunteering their time in order that this program may be brought to members of TIFI at no charge.
Registration Policies: TIFI reserves the right to cancel, change and alter the program if necessary. The opinions offered by presenters and participants are their own and do not necessarily represent the opinions of TIFI. This class will not be recorded and participants may not take screen shots to share on social media.
