Serge Prengel Bio:
Serge Prengel, LMHC is in private practice in New York City. He is certified in Focusing, Somatic Experiencing and Core Energetics. Much of his energy is devoted to LifeSherpa, a nonprofit that explores spirit and mindfulness as creative interaction with life. Many of the people who participate in LifeSherpa are Focusers.
