Soti Grafanaki Bio:
Soti Grafanaki, Ph.D, C.Psych. is an Associate Professor at the graduate Program of Counselling and Spirituality, Saint Paul University, Canada. She is a Certifying Coordinator and Trainer of the Focusing Institute, and a member of the Editorial Board for the Person-Centred and Experiential Psychotherapies.

Soti is from Greece and currently lives in Ottawa with her husband and their 10 year old daughter. She offers professional development workshops and presentations in Europe, and Canada on regular basis.

Soti has been the host of the Focusing Circle in Ottawa, Canada. Since the beginning of 2011, a new initiative close to her heart has been the creation and facilitation of a Family Focusing Circle.

In this interview, Soti will talk about this new Family project and its potential in building stronger local community and deeper connections with those close to our heart.
