Biography

I began studying Inner Relationship Focusing in 2008 with Ann Weiser Cornell and became a Certified Focusing teacher in 2010. Shortly after that I completed a two-year training in Wholebody Focusing with Kevin McEvenue and Karen Whalen. Most recently, I have completed a two-year professional training in Karen Whalen's Relationship Wholebody Focusing. I am also certified to teach the Realization Process, a spiritual path of "embodied nonduality" founded by Judith Blackstone.

What I most value in Focusing is the ability to work with the human difficulties that have emerged in our lives in a way that allows them to become our personalized paths into a life of depth and meaning. I love working with clients to explore the paths to wholeness that mysteriously emerge out of their own difficult experiences, held within their own body wisdom.
