As Founder and Creative Energy Officer (CEO) of ASK ME House, LLC, Mary Elaine helps smart, capable and caring individuals re-discover, choose and nurture a fresh path of Courageous Wellbeing, even amid overwhelming stress, loss and illness.  As a retired nurse, she brings five decades of wisdom from both allopathic and integrative health traditions, along with a first-hand understanding of the implicit challenges and opportunities available within journeys of profound healing and change.  A “natural” Focuser [and Certified Focusing Professional (since 2010)], she incorporates a Focusing-oriented approach while assisting others to nurture and sustain the unfolding of their own life-forwarding process.  Mary Elaine excels at facilitating individual and group communication within virtual environments—including phone, email and web-based applications.  Since 2010, she has convened twice-monthly Virtual Changes Gatherings, welcoming both new and experienced Focusers from around the globe.
