My practice focuses on anxiety and pain management. It is dear to me that my clients find the answer in themselves. The combination of Focusing, physical pain therapy, meditation, hypnosis and mindfulness combines stress-reducing and soothing bottom-up-approaches with the Polyvagal-Theory. (FSPM, Jan Winhall). Clients may find their inner calm, wisdom and True Self throughout the process. Confidence, trust in oneself, rekindling the connection to your inner voice and trust into the greater wisdom of life itself describe my True North, that I love sharing with my clients.
