Find a Focusing Professional - Claudia Arena

Focusing trainer, ceramist, writer and maths lover, I help people to find their own voice and allow them to follow it through clay, writing and patterns' recognition.  

After a degree in physics at the University la Sapienza in Rome (thesis in physics didactics) and a PhD in nanotechnology at the University of Cambridge, I felt the need to get involved in personal development and in particular choice strategies. I have been practising Focusing since 2007. In 2006, I became a trainer of "The Power of Purpose" and "The Power of Self Esteem" courses using the More To Life method (Kairos Foundation). In 2009 I obtained my coaching licence with the same method. In 2013 I then obtained my teaching licence at ULB, Université Libre de Bruxelles and taught mathematics in a high school for ten years and more than mathematics I taught self-esteem to teenagers. In 2022 I became certified as a Children Focusing Trainer and opened a ceramics workshop in Brussels where I practice well-being through ceramics. I offer courses and individual online and face-to-face focusing sessions for teenagers and adults.
