Biography
In addition to Focusing oriented therapy, I am a dance/movement therapist. I help clients find a sense well being with movement explorations that encourage physiological integration. I hope to promote a body/mind connection that can support physical and psychological wholeness. I am a graduate of Russell Delman''s Embodied Life Program. I have a long standing interest in meditation and traditional sacred teachings and I believe they can be powerful tools for healing and change.
