Gene Gendlin points to the heart of the whole undertaking in moving towards the unknown in myself - the Murky Edge as a point of inner reference. That might help to explore as well the gap between the ‘two rivers’ in life and to sense the difference between experiencing, mindfulness and attention. ‘The Philosophy of the Implicit’ as well as ‘Experiencing and the Creation of Meaning’ are second order approaches referrring to a Change of Being while at the same time are critical towards merely sponsoring a Change of State that probably could end up in the pool of first order approaches.
