Untying the KNOTS and NOTS

Registration is closed for this event
Social Oriented Focusing (SOF) teaches us to untie the KNOTS and NOTS that interfere with relating to others, enabling us to overcome blocks, fears, and automatic behaviors.   In this workshop, Yehudit will teach one of the basic tools of SOF: From shades of aloneness to shades of togetherness. We will sense how situations affect us and our openness, creating knots and nots in our relationships. Together, we will experience and explore the different internal positions and shifts that can take us from feeling alone to really feeling together, while sensing the freedom to be our authentic selves.    There will be a presentation, guided experiences, and time for sharing and questions. All are welcome to attend. Some familiarity with Focusing will be helpful but is not required. Live attendance is recommended. All registrants (whether or not you attend live) will receive an email to view the recording after the workshop. The recording will be available for one month after the workshop concludes. Breakout rooms are not recorded.

Description
Social Oriented Focusing (SOF) teaches us to untie the KNOTS and NOTS that interfere with relating to others, enabling us to overcome blocks, fears, and automatic behaviors.

Imagine being really present in the here-and-now…enjoying interpersonal moments with the freedom to be yourself, to feel good – to experience surprise and delight instead of repetitive, stressful patterns of interaction.

Format
We use Zoom videoconferencing for our online classes. The session will be held in meeting format so that all participants can see the presenters and each other. You will need to have a computer/mobile device. Calling in by phone is also possible but not preferred as participation in breakout rooms will be limited.

All registrants (whether or not you attend live) can view the recording for one month. Breakout rooms are not recorded.
